Leave the 3PL that isn't working

You shouldn't feel captive to a provider that isn't meeting your needs. We build a transition plan around the things that actually set the pace: your current provider's release terms, freight time to our dock, when your inventory is free to move, how ready your product data is, and what has to be built before launch.

Some moves go fast. We've had a Partner shipping from our floor about a week after the first call, but that took inventory already released and on the dock, product data ready, and a simple integration scope. Yours might be quicker or take considerably longer; we'll tell you which after we've seen it.

Hand the busywork of eCommerce operations to optimized systems while we focus on your customers: repeat business, brand loyalty, quality service. And if we make a mistake, you won't wonder who pays. Our coverage is designed to make you whole, and the terms are published.

Question any shipment, any time: your Partner Portal shows costs, delivery times, and potential savings on every single order. That's data transparency, and it's standard.

Five stations. One accountable team.

Every order runs the same path through our floor, and your Partner Portal sees every step of it.

Everything after the buy button

Those five stations, walked end to end by one real order. Order #48213 hit a partner's store at 11:47 on a Tuesday night and was on a Chicago porch the next morning. The store owner did exactly nothing, and that's the life change. Here's what our software and our warehouse floor did instead.

  1. Tue · 11:47 PM

    Your customer checks out

Nora, in Lincoln Park, Chicago, orders two tins of your best seller. A completely normal night. You're asleep, your store isn't.

    Argo takes the handoff

Three seconds later the order is inside Argo OS, synced straight from your cart. No CSVs, no batch uploads, no morning import. Inventory is reserved and the clock starts.

Rewind. Your freight hit our dock weeks before this order existed, counted piece by piece and live in your portal the same day. With Package & Product Protection on your account, coverage for product in our possession starts at that first count.

  4. Tue · 11:47:04 PM Execution

A short map beats a fast truck

Back to tonight. Nora is 40 miles from our McHenry floor, a USPS Zone 1, practically next door. From a warehouse out west she'd be a Zone 6, five price steps up the rate card and days further out. Same order, same carrier: the difference is which building it starts in.

See your own zones on the map below →

  5. Wed · 6:02 AM

    Picked on the first wave

At sunrise, an optimized pick run reaches bin C-12. The barcode scan verifies the right SKU before it leaves the aisle. A mis-pick costs us money, not just goodwill, so we engineered it to be hard to make.

  6. Wed · 6:11 AM Evolution

    Packed, weighed, rate-shopped

Right-sized box, dim-weight aware. The label that prints is the cheapest service that meets the delivery window, compared across carriers in real time.

  7. Wed · 4:38 PM

    Gone by afternoon

Carriers pick up at our warehouse locations every day. Order #48213 rolls out as one of 1,482 parcels manifested that afternoon, and tonight it crosses one zone, not six.

  8. Thu · 10:14 AM

    Delivered. 34 hours after checkout.

Nora saw none of this, and neither did you. Everything after the buy button was ours. Shipped from a west-coast warehouse instead, this same order rides five more zones and lands the following week.

What your Sales Order actually buys

From onboarding to final-mile delivery, here's what to expect from our team: verified workflows, published commitments, and a remedy when we miss.

  1. Onboarding services

Plugging your business into Argo's fulfillment network is easy, and guaranteed.

    • Onboarding guarantee: miss our onboarding commitments in the first 60 days and we refund 200% of your onboarding fees. That's double what you paid to onboard, onboarding fees only, terms apply.
    • Real-time integration: your sales channels sync with Argo's systems as orders come in. See our platform integrations.
    • Real-time data access: full shipping visibility through online portals or scheduled reports.
    • Inventory receipt: every product inspected and counted on arrival.
    • Value-added services: labeling, barcoding, and other custom work on request.
  2. All-inclusive administration

Our team handles the logistics, so you can focus on growing your business.

    • Dedicated account management: a responsive support team keeps operations smooth.
    • Billing & invoicing: we manage invoicing and reconciliation of logistics charges.
    • Final-mile carrier claims: optional claims management, per your Sales Order.
    • Supply chain optimization: strategic guidance and custom enhancements that improve efficiency.
    • Risk & contingency planning: safeguards against disruption, planned before you need them.
  3. Pick & pack services

Your orders are picked against a barcode scan, packed with care, and backed by a service credit when we get one wrong.

    • Barcode-verified picking: the scan checks the SKU against the order before it leaves the aisle, and a verified Argo pick or pack error earns a service credit. Terms apply.
    • Transparent pricing: per-order and per-item pricing, detailed in your Sales Order.
    • Efficient order processing: First-In, First-Out (FIFO), or your preferred method.
    • Secure & presentable packaging: custom packaging that protects product and brand alike.
    • Cleanliness standards: an organized, maintained warehouse prevents misplaced or damaged goods.
    • Fair materials billing: supplies invoiced per your actual requirements and usage.
  4. Warehouse storage services

Storage that flexes with your inventory, not against it.

    • Subleased storage space: secure space at Argo's facilities keeps inventory ready to ship.
    • Flexible terms: space usage and fees per your Sales Order and Argo's Terms & Conditions.

Commitments you can look up

If product is lost, stolen, or damaged while it's in our possession, we reimburse you at 100% of replacement cost, with no per-package cap. The industry norm is a weight-based limit of roughly fifty cents per pound, so this is a different promise, not a better-sounding version of the same one. Domestic shipments, and a claim to file. Paired with inventory services that count every unit at the door, "trust us" becomes "read the terms."

The same idea covers your first 60 days. Miss our onboarding commitments and we refund 200% of your onboarding fees, double what you paid to get set up. It applies to onboarding fees on your Service Order, not to storage, pick & pack, or freight, and it asks two things of you: hold up your side of the onboarding plan, and tell us in writing within 30 days. Both are written down where you can read them.
