INV-A / Receiving

Receiving inventory services

Inbound is typically received within two business days when following our standard procedures.

Dock-to-stock: inbound inventory is typically received within two business days. Enhanced dock-to-stock service levels are available as a value-added service by agreement, and any committed service level is defined in your Service Order.
Specialized handling: barcode updates, manufacturing issue corrections, and container unloading, per the terms in your Order Table.
Accuracy verification: we validate inventory accuracy on receipt and report any discrepancies to you.
Relabeling & barcoding: missing or improper labels are corrected to ensure compliance.
Inbound shipment coordination: arrange shipments from your manufacturers straight to our warehouses.

INV-B / Tracking

Inventory management

Full visibility into stock levels, movement, and accuracy, live through your data transparency tools.

Real-time inventory tracking: monitor inventory as it moves in and out of our warehouses.
Loss & damage coverage: domestic product lost, stolen, or damaged in our possession is reimbursed at 100% of replacement cost, with no per-package cap.
Replacement cost on file: add your per-unit replacement cost to each SKU in the system and claims settle against a real number instead of an estimate.
Cleanup & investigations: we own inventory cleanups, deactivations, and discrepancy resolution.
Custom reporting: inventory status updates and low-stock alerts, on request.

INV-C / Returns

Returns management

A streamlined returns process that follows your playbook, not ours.

Full processing: items are inspected, graded, restocked, repackaged, or disposed of to your specifications.
Barcoding services: any necessary barcoding is invoiced as outlined in your Sales Order.
Returns reporting: detailed reports on returned items keep you informed.
Shipping cost management: postage and applicable return shipping costs are invoiced directly to you.

INV-D / Kitting

Kitting services

Kitting that turns separate SKUs into something worth opening. We assemble, customize, and check it.

End-to-end support: design consultation, kit assembly, and quality control.
Customization options: personalized items, inserts, and other custom touches, as specified in your Sales Order.

If we lose it, damage it, or it's stolen on our watch, we cover it at 100% of replacement cost, with no per-package cap. Replacement cost means what your manufacturer charges you to make the unit again. Not retail, not wholesale, and not lost profit. The goal is to make you whole and prove we're accountable for what's in our building. Worth knowing what that replaces: most warehouses cap their liability by weight, often around fifty cents per pound, which pays a dollar on a two-pound box no matter what was in it.

Coverage comes with Package & Product Protection on your Service Order, applies to domestic U.S. shipments and product held at our U.S. facilities, pays up to $50 per package under a pound and $100 per package over, and requires a submitted claim within 60 days. International shipments aren't covered, so insure those separately. Keep a replacement cost on each SKU in our system and we can settle against a real number. Full terms are in our terms and conditions. If a carrier loses your package after it leaves our dock, our claims team picks up from there.
